House of Thai offers casual family dining and is conveniently located off the US-35 Fairfield Road and Research Drive exits in Beavercreek. Just minutes away from Wright-Patterson AFB, House of Thai is the perfect lunch destination, take-out stop on the way home, or dine-in experience. Our convenient and easy parking, relaxed atmosphere, and family-style dining offer the perfect, intimate venue to catch up with old friends, enjoy a date night out, or conduct an important business meeting.
The cuisine at House of Thai is truly unique. You may have had Thai food before, but at House of Thai, we offer you the most authentic Thai experience available in Dayton. No pre-packaged sauces. No MSGs. No pre-chopped, frozen vegetables. Every single meal is carefully prepared from scratch by Chef Dang, trained in traditional preparation of the most beloved dishes in Thailand.
Chef Dang learned to cook at the Banjarong Thai Cooking school in Thailand, where she completed her training in 2001. She worked at the prestigious Dusit Thani Hotel Bankok Thailand, and also worked as a chef in Frankfort, KY before coming to Dayton.
When it comes to her food, Chef Dang never misses a detail. She insists that she will never send a dish out unless she can guarantee it is delicious and something that she herself would enjoy. Each dish, each sauce, each broth, and each curry are expertly crafted in traditional Thai style, and prepared from only the freshest and most authentic ingredients. Even the size and shape of the vegetables are sliced to her specifications, and the rice grains expertly selected.
Chef Dang's favorite preparations are Thai salad dishes, and she is very well-known for her Pad Thai, Pad Se Ew and her curries.
Have eaten in a few times, but take food to go regularly. Meals are consistently excellent with fresh ingredients and just the right amount of spice. They do pay attention when you tell them your spiciness preferences. We are very lucky in Dayton to have a choice of some excellent Thai restaurants, and in my opinion House of Thai continues to be right at the top of that list.

The food here is delicious! Love the soups. Great appetizers! Nice atmosphere. Good portions. Kids meals are good too, which is unusual. Not too crowded. Good take out too.

Exceptional. Relaxing, peaceful setting. The restaurant is clean and the food.... Heaven! I swear the soup cleansed my soul. I ordered steamed dumplings as an appetizer, they were cooked perfectly. The Pineapple Tangerine Chicken melted in my mouth, the pineapples were so delicate tasting. This place is an oasis, check it out.
